After the advised initial cure, book your complimentary maintenance wash within 45 days of coating. Return every 30–45 days thereafter.
Every six consecutive months of on-time visits, receive a free exterior chemical decontamination wash and coating health check.
Your complimentary first maintenance wash is included with your Zen Lab coating and does not use a 4-Wash Pass visit. Wheel faces and accessible barrels are cleaned with every wash. Heavily embedded or baked-on contamination may require additional detailing to fully remove. Pet hair, heavily soiled mats and stains may require a separate quote. Suitable acidic or alkaline cleaners may be used when a coated vehicle needs them. Prices shown are current rates and may be revised from time to time.
Zen Lab workmanship coverage applies for 12 months from coating installation to qualifying application or workmanship issues confirmed by inspection, subject to the required maintenance visits and written terms. After the first year, recorded maintenance can continue without a separate annual plan; correction, topping up and recoating are quoted separately.
Coatings do not prevent every water spot, stain, scratch, stone chip or etching event. Remove bird droppings and hard-water deposits promptly. Damage, improper washing, third-party work and heavy contamination are outside standard workmanship coverage. The complimentary six-month wash does not include polishing, specialist water-spot removal or recoating.
Zen Lab aftercare and workmanship coverage are separate from any Gtechniq manufacturer guarantee. Eligibility for complimentary work and reactivation is assessed by inspection, service history, vehicle condition and written terms, subject to applicable consumer rights.
