Regular wash passes are registered to one vehicle, non-transferable and valid for four months. Excessive pet hair, heavily soiled mats or interiors, embedded dirt, severe staining, mould, bodily fluids, odour treatment and specialist restoration are outside standard service scope and may be quoted separately.

Recorded maintenance is required every 30–45 days to keep Aftercare active. A late visit pauses Aftercare; unused prepaid wash credits are not automatically deducted. Reactivation is subject to vehicle inspection.

Coatings reduce contamination and make maintenance easier, but cannot prevent every water spot, chemical stain, scratch, stone chip, impact or etching event. Hard-water deposits, bird droppings and aggressive contamination should be removed safely as soon as possible.

Zen Black is invitation-only for one registered vehicle. Included washes, annual front-windshield coating renewal, annual interior detail and other member benefits remain subject to the written membership terms, vehicle condition and continuous active membership.

Complimentary aftercare, workmanship, reactivation and remedial eligibility is assessed from physical inspection, recorded service history, vehicle condition and the applicable written terms. Zen Lab holds the final say for its own complimentary services, subject to applicable consumer rights and law.
